Alien X Software ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile game Stack X (the "Service"). This document explains how information is handled when you use the Service.

By downloading, installing, or playing Stack X, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Alien X Software does not operate player account servers. We never collect or store:

• Your real name, physical address, email address, or phone number.
• Your phone contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location.
• Payment card details or banking data (no real-money in-app purchases).

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To provide offline gameplay, the following preferences remain strictly in your device's isolated local storage (Android SharedPreferences):

• Local High Score: Your best stack altitude and point record.
• Theme & Skins: Your selected visual theme (Default, Cosmic, Prism Glass, or Obsidian Luxe).
• Audio Settings: Your mute/sound effect toggle state.

You can instantly clear this data anytime by clearing app data in your Android Settings or uninstalling the game.

3. Advertising & Third-Party Services (Google AdMob)

Stack X is supported by advertising to keep the game free for all players. We use Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) to display advertisements (banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads for extra lives or shields).

Google AdMob may collect and process certain device and usage information to serve ads, measure ad performance, and detect fraud, including:

• Device Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID) and device hardware specifications.
• Coarse Location: General location derived from IP address (country/city level).
• Ad Interaction Data: Impressions, clicks, and diagnostic data regarding ad delivery.

Your Opt-Out Choices: You can control or opt out of personalized ads at any time through your Android device settings: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID or by turning on Opt out of Ads Personalization.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Family Policy)

Stack X is a general-audience skill arcade game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). In accordance with Google Play Families and COPPA policies, ad requests for child users or where age-appropriate flags are set are served in non-personalized mode without behavioral tracking.

5. GDPR & CCPA Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under the GDPR (Europe) or CCPA (California) regarding personal data. Because Alien X Software does not collect or store personal accounts, we do not have user databases to search or sell. For ad-related data processed by Google, you can exercise your rights directly via Google's Privacy Controls.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stack X (the "Game"), developed and published by Alien X Software ("we", "our", or "us").

1. License to Play

Alien X Software grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to download and play Stack X on compatible Android devices for your personal entertainment.

2. Intellectual Property

All game assets, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, visual styles, sound effects, logos, and UI designs, are the exclusive intellectual property of Alien X Software.

3. Virtual Gameplay Items

All in-game features, including Chrono Shields, Rescue chances, and high scores, are licensed virtual game mechanics with no monetary or real-world cash value.

4. Disclaimer & Liability

Stack X is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for flawless performance across all Android devices, Alien X Software makes no warranties of uninterrupted operation and shall not be liable for any indirect damages.
