Alien X Software is committed to player data sovereignty. In compliance with Google Play's
Account Deletion and Data Safety requirements, players can request immediate and permanent
deletion of their Stack X (com.alienx.stackx) cloud account,
leaderboard records, and associated gameplay history.

What Data Is Deleted?
When your account deletion is submitted through this portal:
- Account Identifier: User UID and Firebase authentication session tokens.
- Cloud Gameplay Data: High scores, tower stage progress, perfect slice streaks, and blocks stacked.
- Virtual Coins & Unlocks: Collected coin balances, arcade block skins, and custom theme unlocks.
- Player Settings: Vibration, audio sound effects, background music, and display preferences.
What Data Is Retained?
None. No cloud records, analytics logs, or telemetry linking to your User UID are retained on our servers once deleted.
Alternative Deletion Method
You may also email us directly at support@alienxsoftware.com with your User UID and the subject line "Stack X Account Deletion Request". Requests sent via email will be confirmed and processed within 24–48 hours.
